decent stay overall
amazing breakfast clean room nice staff faulty air conditioning dusty surfaces mishandled supplies
i found the staff to be very nice. the room was clean and tidy. the breakfast was amazing!!!
the air conditioning did not work properly in my room. i also had issues getting basic supplies like towels.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Issues
privacy disrespect missing toy
The hotel's location was acceptable.
Housekeeping staff disrespected my privacy. I told them on multiple occasions I did not need my room made up. A couple hours later, I returned to find someone in my room cleaning it after I had declined. My child's toy went missing, and a facial washer packed for his sensitive skin disappeared too. Then I had to pay postage to send the toy back, ridiculous!!!

clear view high-end shopping
I stayed in a king room hyde park view. The room offered a clear view of the park, which i appreciated, there were various shops, restaurants and high-end shopping near the hotel.

professional staff comfortable room quick check-out surly crew check-in service american guest
the location is great with a very professional staff. breakfast was amazing too! the room was comfortable and clean. check-in and check-out were super quick.
the front desk crew need some serious rehabilitation, check in service was adequate but surly as hell. wouldn't have hurt to crack a smile, maybe she had a tough day. check out was worse. had to wait for ages while the reception girl flirted with some american guest.
